Migrate Workflow
ユーザーが自然文で、成熟済みrepo内の AGENTS.md、docs、repo-local skill、custom agent、review routing、検証手順、作業コンテクストを、共通project-management workflowへ寄せるための削除・委譲・残置・分解・共通側不足の対応表を作りたいと頼んだ場合に使う。$migrate-workflow の明示でも使う。移行対象ファイルの修正や削除は行わず、移行計画、参照更新順、削除前確認、次workflowを整理する。
Wf Verify
ユーザーが $wf-verify を明示した場合だけ使う。実PJでは Main Agent が直接実行せず、repo内にscaffoldされた testrunner custom agentへ委譲する。実装後またはreviewable gate前に、承認済み計画、差分、変更ファイル、repo固有の検証手順をもとに検証範囲を確定し、検証結果を証跡として整理する。修正、テスト更新、review判定は行わない。
