Cross-reference project docs for drift, stale references, and contradictions. Outputs timestamped report. Discovers Markdown wherever it lives in the repo.

English

Parallel-worktree auto-drain of the board. One /super-bootstrap:drain turn = scan the pipeline sources (specs/plans/backlog, plus the scale module's test queue when present) → keep only admissible items → relation-analyze into a conflict-free wave → confirm with the user → spawn one isolated git worktree + headless claude -p per item, each resuming at its pipeline stage and running phase-by-phase to the next user wall, then halting. Single-item waves and inline-sized items roll in-session, no worktree. State lives in files; the next invocation cold-reads and picks the next wave. Merge is never automatic — it delegates to /super-bootstrap:merge. Sub-verbs: status, release {id}, --dry-run. Manual invocation only.

English

Install or sync the superpowers harness in a repo with code already present. Scaffolds CLAUDE.md, skeleton docs (overview, techstack, superpowers/), path-scoped rules, and curated skill/MCP/hook picks; bakes in doc-sync discipline. Greenfield repos route through /super-bootstrap first to seed overview + techstack + backlog. Solo dev workflow.

English

Use when caller wants to observe how a stranger encounters a flow, artifact, or sandbox — triggers like "simulate a user journey", "test our onboarding / checkout / signup", "will my ICP convert", "how does a cold reader experience this README", "first-time user test", "cognitive walkthrough", or any request to evaluate friction from a non-builder perspective.

English

Detect project type and generate a tailored project-level /release skill. Run once per project to set up releasing.

English

Curate Claude Code skill / MCP / hook picks against live upstream sources and pin them in .claude/settings.json. Reads stack from docs/techstack.md, workflow signal from docs/overview.md + existing pins, then live-queries six source pools, dedupes, scores trust tier, presents diff vs pinned, writes settings.json. Standalone refresh path; also delegated from /harness-bootstrap Phase 3c. Solo dev workflow.

English

Bootstrap or sync the superpowers development pipeline in any repo. Walks all phases — creates what's missing, syncs what's drifted, skips what's current. Scaffolds fixed macro docs (overview, techstack, superpowers/) and adaptive persistent docs (specs/, backlog) based on project needs. Bakes in doc-sync discipline — docs travel with code. Solo dev workflow.

English

Drain the .review/ report queue. Resolves un-triaged scan/audit reports (producer-agnostic — check-docs-consistency and any other scanner), dispatches the triage-report subagent (Sonnet) one report at a time for per-finding dispositions (promote / patch / dup / needs-investigation / dismiss), then the gateway absorbs: promotes batch through /super-bootstrap:log, doc-mechanical patches land per CLAUDE.md § Dispatch, investigations route to /super-bootstrap:triage, report deleted at close-out once every finding holds a terminal verdict. Use when a report lands in .review/ or the user asks to process review findings. Does NOT fix findings.

English

Includes Check Docs Consistency, Harness Bootstrap, Journey Simulation, and other workflows.

What’s included

Check Docs Consistency

Cross-reference project docs for drift, stale references, and contradictions. Outputs timestamped report. Discovers Markdown wherever it lives in the repo.

Drain

Parallel-worktree auto-drain of the board. One /super-bootstrap:drain turn = scan the pipeline sources (specs/plans/backlog, plus the scale module's test queue when present) → keep only admissible items → relation-analyze into a conflict-free wave → confirm with the user → spawn one isolated git worktree + headless claude -p per item, each resuming at its pipeline stage and running phase-by-phase to the next user wall, then halting. Merge is never automatic — it delegates to /super-bootstrap:merge. Sub-verbs: status, release {id}, --dry-run. Manual invocation only.

Harness Bootstrap

Install or sync the superpowers harness in a repo with code already present. Scaffolds CLAUDE.md, skeleton docs (overview, techstack, superpowers/), path-scoped rules, and curated skill/MCP/hook picks; bakes in doc-sync discipline. Greenfield repos route through /super-bootstrap first to seed overview + techstack + backlog. Solo dev workflow.

Journey Simulation

Use when caller wants to observe how a stranger encounters a flow, artifact, or sandbox — triggers like "simulate a user journey", "test our onboarding / checkout / signup", "will my ICP convert", "how does a cold reader experience this README", "first-time user test", "cognitive walkthrough", or any request to evaluate friction from a non-builder perspective.

Release Init

Detect project type and generate a tailored project-level /release skill. Run once per project to set up releasing.

Resolve Plugins

Curate Claude Code skill / MCP / hook picks against live upstream sources and pin them in .claude/settings.json. Reads stack from docs/techstack.md, workflow signal from docs/overview.md + existing pins, then live-queries six source pools, dedupes, scores trust tier, presents diff vs pinned, writes settings.json. Standalone refresh path; also delegated from /harness-bootstrap Phase 3c. Solo dev workflow.

Super Bootstrap

Bootstrap or sync the superpowers development pipeline in any repo. Walks all phases — creates what's missing, syncs what's drifted, skips what's current. Scaffolds fixed macro docs (overview, techstack, superpowers/) and adaptive persistent docs (specs/, backlog) based on project needs. Bakes in doc-sync discipline — docs travel with code. Solo dev workflow.

Triage Report

Drain the .review/ report queue. Resolves un-triaged scan/audit reports (producer-agnostic — check-docs-consistency and any other scanner), dispatches the triage-report subagent (Sonnet) one report at a time for per-finding dispositions (promote / patch / dup / needs-investigation / dismiss), then the gateway absorbs: promotes batch through /super-bootstrap:log, doc-mechanical patches land per CLAUDE.md § Dispatch, investigations route to /super-bootstrap:triage, report deleted at close-out once every finding holds a terminal verdict.
