Iterative auto-fix code review — runs /optimus:code-review in a fresh subagent context per iteration, applies fixes, runs tests, bisects failures, and continues until convergence or the iteration cap (default 8, hard cap 20). Each iteration runs in an isolated subagent so context does not accumulate. Requires a test command in .claude/CLAUDE.md. Use when single-pass review leaves issues or for thorough cleanup before a release.

English

Generates or updates a project's HOW-TO-RUN.md — a single document that teaches a new developer how to set up their environment and run the project locally. Detects build system, toolchain, SDKs, source dependencies (git submodules, sibling repos), external services, environment config, and hardware/OS requirements. Works for web apps, C++ desktop apps, native mobile, game engines, embedded/firmware, and backend services. Audits an existing HOW-TO-RUN.md against actual project state. Learns from setup info found in README.md / CONTRIBUTING.md / docs but never modifies those files — any outdated info found elsewhere is reported to the user at the end. Use after /optimus:init or standalone when onboarding feels broken. Handles single projects, monorepos, and multi-repo workspaces.

English

Configures Claude Code permissions for safe agent autonomy. Creates settings.json with allow/deny rules and a path-restriction hook. Use after /optimus:init to enable autonomous agent workflows, or standalone to lock down a project's permission boundaries.

English

Comprehensive refactoring workflow that combines tactical and architectural passes. Runs /refactor (tactical cleanup), /review-arch (architectural restructuring), then /refactor again (cleanup after restructuring). All user input gathered upfront; fully autonomous after that.

English

Iterative test-coverage improvement loop — dispatches /optimus:unit-test (unit-test phase) and /optimus:refactor with testability focus (refactor phase) into fresh subagent contexts per cycle, applies tests, runs the test suite, bisects refactor failures, and continues until coverage plateaus or the cycle cap (default 5, hard cap 10). Use to drive coverage up on a codebase that has untestable barriers — the loop alternates between writing tests and unblocking testability so a single skill cannot stall.

English

Includes Code Review Deep, How to Run, Permissions, and other workflows.

What’s included

Code Review Deep

Iterative auto-fix code review — runs /optimus:code-review in a fresh subagent context per iteration, applies fixes, runs tests, bisects failures, and continues until convergence or the iteration cap (default 8, hard cap 20). Each iteration runs in an isolated subagent so context does not accumulate. Requires a test command in .claude/CLAUDE.md. Use when single-pass review leaves issues or for thorough cleanup before a release.

How to Run

Permissions

Configures Claude Code permissions for safe agent autonomy. Creates settings.json with allow/deny rules and a path-restriction hook. Use after /optimus:init to enable autonomous agent workflows, or standalone to lock down a project's permission boundaries.

Refactor Deep

Comprehensive refactoring workflow that combines tactical and architectural passes. Runs /refactor (tactical cleanup), /review-arch (architectural restructuring), then /refactor again (cleanup after restructuring). All user input gathered upfront; fully autonomous after that.

Unit Test Deep

Iterative test-coverage improvement loop — dispatches /optimus:unit-test (unit-test phase) and /optimus:refactor with testability focus (refactor phase) into fresh subagent contexts per cycle, applies tests, runs the test suite, bisects refactor failures, and continues until coverage plateaus or the cycle cap (default 5, hard cap 10). Use to drive coverage up on a codebase that has untestable barriers — the loop alternates between writing tests and unblocking testability so a single skill cannot stall.

Quick start

  1. Choose your skills. Select individual skills above, or choose the entire pack.
  2. Copy the install prompt. Use Copy install prompt above the list.
  3. Send it to your agent. Paste into your coding agent’s chat. Your agent reviews the source and guides the setup.
