The house SDLC build executor — run in a build session that house-orchestrator spun up to implement ONE plan unit. Use when you've been handed a kickoff prompt (project, repoPath, plan unit, stack, scope guards) and your job is to build, self-review, reconcile that unit's docs, and report back. Do NOT use to drive a whole slice (that's house-orchestrator), or for non-build chat.

English

The house SDLC conductor — the long-lived session that drives a slice end-to-end. Use at the START of a development session to pick up the active slice, sequence the loop, dispatch house-builder subagents to build, run the gates, and reconcile. Building and reviewing run in dispatched subagents; the orchestrator sequences and gates but never edits code itself. Do NOT use for one-off questions, debugging, or non-build chat.

English

The house SDLC shaping session — turn a fuzzy idea, backlog item, audible, or decision into ready-to-build planned work (spec + plan + plan-check + reconciled docs) OR a recorded decision (ADR + roadmap). Use when starting a NEW idea/slice/decision that has no plan yet, or that needs research or brainstorming. Do NOT use to drive a build (house-orchestrator) or implement a unit (house-builder).

English

The house v2 build session — implement ONE plan unit from a kickoff brief, self-review it, reconcile that unit's docs, and report back through the house records. Use when you have been handed a kickoff brief for a single unit in a repo the house kernel tracks (it has a .house/ dir). Do NOT use to drive a whole slice (that is house2-orchestrator), to shape new work (house2-shaper), or for non-build chat.

English

The house v2 conductor session — drives one active slice end-to-end: resume from records, dispatch a house2-builder per plan unit, hold the gates, run the merge gate, reconcile. Use at the START of a development session working already-planned work in a repo the house kernel tracks (it has a .house/ dir). Do NOT use to shape new work (house2-shaper), to implement a unit (house2-builder), or for one-off questions and debugging.

English

The house v2 shaper session — turn a fuzzy idea, backlog item, audible, or decision into planned buildable work (spec + plan + plan-check + a versioned kickoff brief) or into a recorded decision (an ADR). Use at the START of anything that has no plan yet, or that needs research or brainstorming, in a repo the house kernel tracks (it has a .house/ dir). Do NOT use to drive a build (that is house2-orchestrator) or to implement a unit (house2-builder).

English

Includes House Builder, House Orchestrator, House Shaper, and other workflows.
