Interactively capture a new property's voice profile for the str-photo-captions plugin. Triggers on "add voice profile for [property]", "create a voice profile", "set up [property] in the photo plugin", "I don't have a profile for [property] yet", or whenever the generate-photo-captions skill discovers a property without a stored profile. Writes a new profile file under references/profiles/.

Analyze a host's Airbnb data exports (personal-data ZIP, optional Gross Earnings CSV(s)) and produce a RoamFree-branded interactive HTML performance dashboard covering revenue, occupancy, reviews, and pricing optimization. Triggers on "analyze my Airbnb data", "run the Airbnb report", "build my Airbnb dashboard", "RoamFree analysis", or when an Airbnb personal-data zip is dropped into the workspace.

Write benefit-focused photo captions for a short-term rental listing. Triggers on "write photo captions for [property]", "caption these photos", "photo captions for [property]", "captions for the [property] photos", "write captions for my Airbnb photos", "describe these listing photos", "caption everything in this Drive folder", "photos are in this Drive folder", or any request to produce captions for STR listing photos. Also triggers on "and rename them", "rename the files too", "suggest filenames for the photos" - these turn on the optional Suggested Filename column in the xlsx. Accepts a Google Drive folder URL/ID (recommended for real work), actual photo files dropped in chat (vision), or text descriptions. NOT for writing full listing copy from scratch (use the str-listings plugin's update-listing skill for that).

Walk a host through downloading their Airbnb data exports (personal data ZIP, optional Gross Earnings CSVs), validate the files once provided, and hand off to analyze-airbnb-data. Triggers on "how do I get my Airbnb data", "what files do I need", "I want to run the RoamFree analysis", or when a new user installs the plugin without data on hand.

Re-run the Airbnb analysis on previously-ingested data, or on a new month's drop of fresh exports, without repeating the full intake walkthrough. Triggers on "refresh my Airbnb report", "rerun the analysis", "I have new data", or "update the dashboard".

Update an existing short-term rental listing when amenities are added, swapped, or removed. Triggers on "update [property] listing", "add new amenities to [property]", "refresh the [property] listing", "[property] has new amenities", "the listing needs updating", "listing update for [property]", "we added new amenities to [property]", "[property] description needs updating", or any request to refresh a vacation-rental listing because something changed at the property. Also triggers on "refresh voice profile", "redo voice intake", or "the voice is off" to re-capture the operator's voice profile. NOT for creating brand-new listings from scratch.

Find new contractors/vendors via web research (Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, Google Reviews) and add them to the operator's Notion Vendor Database. Triggers on 'find [N] [trade] in [area]', 'find me a new [trade]', 'we need a vendor for [trade]', 'find contractors for [property/area]', 'add some [trade] options to the vendor database', 'research [trade] vendors in [city]', or any request to populate the Vendor Database with new candidates. NOT for editing existing vendor rows, sending outreach, or screening vendors - those are separate flows.
