Can target a single PR by number or process all open PRs authored by the user. Resolution-aware: reads review-thread state (isResolved/isOutdated) and sticky review verdicts (undismissed CHANGESREQUESTED) at intake, so already-addressed feedback on long multi-round PRs is not re-surfaced.
