Use this skill whenever the user mentions gazetteer, historical place name, toponym, archaic location, fuzzy place match, geoparsing, place name resolution, or is working with GeoNames, Pleiades, WHG, even if they never say \"historical place-name resolution\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Gazetteer-Resolution-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
