About this skill
Identify logical topic shifts in audio and produce chaptered timestamps. Use this skill whenever the user mentions chapter generation, topic segmentation, timestamp, audio chapters, topic shift, podcast chapters, scene boundary, or is working with Whisper, pyannote, ffmpeg, even if they never say \"audio chapter generation\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Media-Content-Management-Plugin endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
