Orchestrator-workers generalization of verify-against-rubric to N=many artifacts against ONE locked rubric. Dispatches N stateless Sonnet sub-agents in parallel; each receives ONE artifact + the SAME rubric + read-only tools (no TASKSTATE, no DECISIONS, no prior history); returns structured per-criterion verdict. Orchestrator merges into VERIFICATIONLOG.md with aggregate pass/fail counts + failure clustering (which criteria fail most often across the cohort -> likely system-level signal). Use when N >= 4 artifacts share one rubric (multi-slice retrospective, batch PR review, cohort spec audit). Do not use for single artifacts (use verify-against-rubric), when rubrics differ per artifact (run separately or refactor the rubric first), or on LOW/MEDIUM complexity slices (use self-critique-and-revise).
