Knowledge Base에 새 지식을 추가하는 단일 input 통로. URL·파일·텍스트 덤프를 받아 적절한 폴더에 마크다운 문서로 저장한다. 기본은 신규 파일, 명시 신호가 있으면 기존 문서에 섹션 append. 기존 본문 수정·삭제·git 커밋은 하지 않는다. Obsidian 볼트와 호환되며 위키링크·tags·created frontmatter를 자동 부여한다. 트리거: "/kb-add {내용}", "KB에 추가해줘", "이거 정리해서 넣어줘", "지식 저장소에 추가"
