Triggers on: "ADK context cache", "compress ADK history", "ADK long conversation memory", "prevent context overflow ADK", "ADK token budget", "summarize old turns ADK", "ADK conversation compaction". Generates configuration for cached prefixes and a compression callback that summarizes old events.
