Use this skill whenever the user mentions actionability score, alert scoring, noise filtering, intervention likelihood, alert triage, signal to noise, auto resolve, or is working with PagerDuty, Datadog, Grafana, even if they never say \"alert actionability scoring\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Alert-Intelligence-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
