Spawn an ephemeral Claude worker in an isolated tmux window to execute compose down → repair → compose up sequences against the dev stack. Use when maintenance requires docker compose down against the dev stack AND the current window routes through :9800 (W0/W5 export ANTHROPICBASEURL=http://localhost:9800 for cost telemetry; bringing :9800 down from W0 blinds W0). Worker runs with ANTHROPICBASEURL unset, routes direct to api.anthropic.com (no telemetry), tears down its own tmux window on exit.
