Use when the user says "spin a local Firecrawl", "self-host Firecrawl", "give me web crawling", "set up websearch/webextract locally", or wants crawling/scraping without paying Firecrawl SaaS. Defaults: deepseek/deepseek-v4-pro for LLM, qwen/qwen3-embedding-8b for embeddings — both via OpenRouter. Asks for the OpenRouter API key interactively. Detects the harness and writes the wiring to the right place.
