IMEX EOMS 前端 i18n 分模块懒加载规范。语言资源按 locale + subsystem 入口切分于 src/lang/modules/ / .js,并允许在 src/lang/modules/ / / 下继续按实体或页面做 shard;通过 src/lang/subsystems.js 的路由前缀注册表与 ensureI18nModulesForRoute 在路由切换时按需 import()。禁止静态聚合引入、禁止单侧语言 loader、禁止 core 包混业务 key。
