Molecular Electrostatics (dipole + partial charges) — When the user wants the dipole moment, atomic partial charges (Mulliken), or general electrostatic-character information about a molecule (e.g. "dipole", "dipole moment", "partial charges", "Mulliken charges", "atomic charges", "electrostatic potential", "is this molecule polar").
