Activate on "looking back", "Polya", "retrospective", "post-execution review", "was the contract satisfied", "unstated assumptions", "generalize", "problem class". NOT for learning engine updates (use windags-curator), failure scanning (use windags-premortem), or DAG construction (use windags-architect).
