한국 특허 명세서 또는 부분 자료(IDS·청구항 초안·도면·1차 본문·정의 단락 적용본 등)를 진단하여 kr-patent-full-workflow의 11단계 중 어느 Stage부터 진입하면 좋을지 추천하는 진단 게이트 스킬. 명세서 .docx/.md/텍스트에서 6개 시그널(1 청구항 존재·개수·종속관계, 2 도면·부호 사용 여부, 3 11개 표준 섹션 완성도, 4 자체 사전 정의 단락 적용 여부, 5 변형 실시예 도입어·한정 부정 패턴, 6 금지어·정형 위반 흔적)을 자동 검출하여 자료 현황표 + 추천 시작 Stage + 근거 3줄 + 위험 신호 + 권장 명령(/full 또는 단일 kr-patent- 스킬 호출문)을 1페이지 진단 보고서로 산출. "어느 단계부터", "어디부터 시작", "스테이지 추천", "어디까지 됐어", "이 명세서 진단", "이거 보고 다음 단계 추천", "이 docx 어디까지 했지", "stage 추천", "진단해줘", "어디부터 손대야 해", "/recommend", "추천 워크플로우"가 언급되거나, 외부에서 받은 명세서·다른 변리사 작성본·중단했던 작업본을 다시 보기 시작하는 맥락이면 사용. kr-patent-full-workflow 진입 직전 게이트로 호출 가능. 진단만 하고 워크플로우는 직접 실행하지 않음(별도 사용자 결정 후 /full 호출).
