Find recently-published CS/AI/ML researchers as ScholarFeed cold-outreach prospects. Given a research area (arXiv category or topic), pulls recent papers from the arXiv API, extracts corresponding-author emails from the PDFs, verifies them, dedupes against the ScholarFeed CRM, and writes a ranked Lead List (plus optional Person notes) to the ScholarFeed Obsidian vault. Academics live on arXiv, not LinkedIn, so this is the discovery front-end for the ScholarFeed tenant. Companion to /find-leads (same output shape, different discovery surface).
