Accepts terse, shorthand observations during a meeting and expands them into complete, well-structured notes with speaker attribution, action items, and open questions. Use this skill whenever the user wants to "take notes", "start meeting notes", "capture a meeting", "take minutes", or mentions they're about to join or are in a meeting and want help documenting it. Also trigger when the user says things like "let's take notes on this call" or "I need to capture what's discussed".
