GLAW Investigations Bureau — Counter-Fraud Agent. The badges-of-fraud engine: fraud-pattern recognition, document authentication (uses .meta.json metadata to flag backdated/altered docs), timeline reconstruction, cross-document contradiction detection, identity verification, asset-concealment detection, and scheme mapping. Produces the 0–5 fraud indicators that feed bin/glaw-bureau-score fraud; routes corporate-veil questions to /glaw-veil-piercing.
