Use this skill whenever the user mentions gender agreement, grammatical gender, adjective agreement, gendered selector, verb agreement, noun class, inflection, or is working with ICU MessageFormat, Fluent, CLDR, even if they never say \"gender agreement validation\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Gender-Agreement-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
