Loads the series' complete author voice guide (three registers, house rules, diction), character dialogue voices for all five Book One ensemble members, anaphoric tic prevention patterns, the series canon firewall, and chapter structure conventions. Also activates when the user asks to write fiction, check prose against voice guidelines, maintain cross-chapter consistency, enforce character voice boundaries, or do a consistency pass across multiple chapters.
