Use when asked to instrument a service or repository with OpenTelemetry so its telemetry flows to Bluebox, or when you find a .env.otel.bluebox-template file in the repo. Guides service targeting, safe OTel config, secret handling, logging preservation, and verification with bluebox ask. Do NOT use for OpenTelemetry setups that target a non-Bluebox backend (e.g. exporting to Jaeger, Datadog, or a self-hosted collector) — that is generic OTel work, not this skill.
