Use this skill whenever the user mentions burn rate alert, budget exhaustion forecast, predictive paging, proactive alert, budget protection, exhaustion window, alert on trajectory, or is working with Prometheus, Sloth, Nobl9, even if they never say \"predictive burn-rate alerting\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the SLO-Error-Budget-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
