Use this skill when the portfolio is (too) empty, before starting any zelfinitiatief project, or whenever the user asks "wat moet ik bouwen", "welk project voor mijn portfolio", "goed idee voor een side project", or keeps starting projects that never finish. The answer to portfolio-craft rule "geen passend werk? bouw het" - feature-spec slices the scope, ui-pipeline builds it, case-study-writer harvests it.
