Product-agnostic Phase-0 orchestrator. Takes a 1-line product hypothesis + named competitors and chains: capability-map (parallel per competitor) → asset-survey → wedge-synthesis → user gate 1 → PRD generation → user gate 2 → product scaffold. Produces a ready-to-build product directory with WEDGE-AND-CAPABILITIES.md, capabilities.yaml, PRD.md, CLAUDE.md (scope-fenced), and ARCHITECTURE.md skeleton. Two human approval gates only; everything else autonomous. Works for ANY product. Activates on /platform-init, platform-init , scaffold a new product, start a new AutoPilot product.
