Runs start→finish in one shot by default; start/finish are optional phases for pause/resume. Sibling to /rig-epic (one unit vs many). Never auto-merges unless --auto-merge is passed (then CI is the merge gate). Triggers on: 'implement', 'implement this', 'work on', 'pick up', 'start task', 'start ', 'finish task'.
