Audit agent permission boundaries so autonomous agents cannot exceed their intended authorization level. Use this skill whenever the user mentions agent permissions, privilege audit, authorization boundary, over-permissioned, machine identity, non-human identity, scope creep, or is working with AWS IAM, SPIFFE, Kubernetes RBAC, even if they never say \"privilege access auditing\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the IAM-Boundary-Auditor-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
