Use when the user needs to look up Korean or overseas stock ticker metadata (exchange, alias/Korean name, assettype, currency) via the tickerreader.py helper and bundled tickers.db SQLite file copied from the ticker-map repo into a project's utils/ directory. Trigger on ticker lookups (e.g. "005930", "AAPL"), questions about exchange codes (KS/KQ/NAS/NYS/AMS), questions about how to import or set up tickerreader.py / tickers.db in another repo, or any reference to the tickers SQLite schema (ticker, exchange, alias, assettype, currency).
