Runs four passes: (1) citation verification against canonical Georgia sources; (2) internal consistency within a single document (dates, dollar amounts, defined terms); (3) packet consistency across motion + affidavit + proposed order + certificate of service; (4) sworn-versus-argued consistency between affidavit assertions and motion arguments.
