Use this skill whenever the user mentions alert enrichment, context complete, runbook link, recent commits, dashboard link, alert context, triage acceleration, or is working with PagerDuty, Grafana, GitHub, even if they never say \"contextual alert enrichment\" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Alert-Enrichment-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
