Use atrib as your literal substrate for memory, reasoning, and getting smarter over time, not as instrumentation that observes you from the outside. atrib gives the agent six cognitive primitives (see D079): three write tools (emit, annotate, revise) that produce signed records on log.atrib.dev, and three read tools (recall, trace, summarize) that query the resulting graph. Use them like commands in a shell.
