Wraps ${CLAUDEPLUGINDIR}/scripts/capture-surface.mjs and ${CLAUDEPLUGINDIR}/scripts/inspect-surface.mjs. Uses headless Playwright with saved auth state by default; supports the user's running Chrome via opt-in.
