What Atlas provides

Atlas helps you discover third-party agent skills and prepare installation prompts. Copying a prompt does not install software. Your chosen agent performs any installation, subject to its permissions, requirements, and your instructions. Listing a skill does not mean we authored, tested, audited, or endorsed it. Agent support and source availability can vary.

Your account and use

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only where you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not bypass payment or usage limits, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malicious content, or use the service to infringe others’ rights. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or material violations, subject to applicable law.

Free credits and paid subscriptions

Browsing is free. Eligible accounts receive the free install-prompt credits shown in the service; those credits do not reset monthly. One credit prepares one install prompt for a skill, selection, or pack. A paid subscription removes the install-credit limit while active and includes the paid features described at checkout. It does not purchase ownership of third-party skills or guarantee their availability.

The price, currency, billing interval, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed rate unless canceled before renewal. Stripe processes payment. You authorize the recurring charges you confirm at checkout; free browsing does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

Cancellation and billing support

Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing controls on your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period shown in your billing portal. Canceling does not itself refund previous charges. For billing errors, refund requests, or cancellation assistance, contact contact@viralwavestudio.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party content and licenses

Original authors retain their rights to skills, source code, documentation, and artwork. Their licenses and terms govern their work, including commercial use, copying, and redistribution. Review those terms and inspect installation instructions before allowing an agent to access files or execute commands. Atlas subscriptions do not override third-party licenses. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, library, usage, analytics, and billing information is handled.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and listings are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or third-party skill behavior. Back up important files and review agent actions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party skills or your agent’s actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect, with any notice required by law. Updated terms will show a new effective date. For service, billing, or rights questions, email contact@viralwavestudio.com.
